A period love story with a brutal twist. Based on their stage play of the same name, Daniel Arnold and Medina Hahn explore how hard it is to grow up in this world, no matter what the day and age. In the God-fearing community of Margate, PEI, two innocent and impetuous teenagers secretly fall in love—meeting only on Tuesdays and Sundays. In the vein of “Heavenly Creatures”, this film takes young love gradually, unobtrusively into the darkest terrain.
